Mortgage Insurance is designed to provide various forms of cover for your mortgage.
It may pay a lump sum in the event of death, in the event of suffering a major illness or disability or may pay a monthly benefit to cover your mortgage payment while you are off work with a health issue.
A plan will be put together around your unique circumstances, designed by you & us to fit your personal requirements.
Some companies policies offer redundancy cover & some will pay a monthly benefit irrespective of whether you are receiving ACC or other benefits. There may be no offsets.
